| Souvenir Booth Volunteer 1. The
NAIA World Series Souvenir Booth is located behind the 3rd base
section of seats, directly north of the stairs to the 3rd base
grandstand seats.
2. The items that are being sold in the Souvenir Booth come from
Ultimate Apparel, and a representative from that company will be on
site several days early to help. L-C receives a percentage of the
sales that take place in this booth only, so accuracy is very
important. If we don’t sell it or return it to Ultimate Apparel, L-C
must pay for it. Please watch carefully over the inventory.
3. The person who you are replacing will show you how to account for
sales and run the credit card machine. If you are first shift in the
morning, you may call either Randy Eriksen at 208-791-7353 or Bob
Thorson at 208-791-3007 to unlock the booth and help with initial
morning set up. Randy and Bob are the primary contacts supervising
the Souvenir Booth. If they are unavailable, you may call Cindi
Durgan at 208-750-5136.
4. Periodically, someone from Potlatch Credit Union will be by to
make a money pick up. Please complete the Cash Sheet for each time a
pick up is made.
5. Each evening, prior to closing the Booth, an inventory of the
contents needs to be done. Unopened boxes can be counted throughout
the day, and loose items counted at days end. This info will be
transferred to a spreadsheet that is sent to Ultimate Apparel each
morning by Randy or Bob.
6. Prior to closing shop each evening, the charge card machine must
be settled: 1) run a batch detail report, and 2) run a settlement
report. Mark “Souvenir Booth” on the settlement report prior to
putting in the bag.
